The Compact Loft Apartment project is a conceptual design that explores modern living within a small-scale space.

​

TOOLS developed the concept to maximize functionality while maintaining a clean and elegant aesthetic. The layout connects the living area, kitchen, and staircase seamlessly, creating a sense of openness and flow enhanced by natural light and warm materials.

The upper level introduces a private retreat featuring a bedrooms and study area, designed with the same cohesive and contemporary approach that defines the overall concept.
